Who we are
Fit57 is a product of Thriveark Inc., based in Montréal, Québec. Thriveark Inc. is responsible for the personal information collected on this website.

What we collect
When you request a demo, the form sends us:
- your name, your gym's name, your city and country
- your WhatsApp number and email address
- your number of members and your message, if you add them
- the page language, and the campaign tags of the link you arrived through (for example utm_source=facebook), if there are any
We don't ask for payment details or any sensitive information.
If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your WhatsApp number and what you send. WhatsApp's own privacy policy also applies.
Why we use it
Only to contact you about your demo and to answer your questions about Fit57 and our services. We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
Campaign tags tell us which ads or links bring people to us.
Who handles it for us
- Resend, an email service, delivers your request to our inbox.
- Hostinger hosts this website.
Your information may therefore be stored or processed outside Québec.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn't use cookies or tracking tools. To remember campaign tags during your visit, your browser keeps them in its session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab.
Our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security. To block spam, the form keeps a coded (hashed) version of your IP address for 10 minutes.
How long we keep it
We keep a demo request only as long as we need it to follow up with you, then we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hello@fit57.com. We answer within 30 days.
If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date below.
